After five days of debate over dozen of amendments, the Judiciary Committee voted 13-5 in support of the bill, with three Republicans joining the committee’s 10 Democrats. The legislation emerged with its core provisions largely intact, including new visa program.Senate immigration negotiators are targeting as many as two dozen Republicans for a show-of-force majority — which they believe may be the only way a reform bill will have the momentum to force the House to act.

Reform proponents are looking for votes far beyond the usual moderate suspects to senators in conservative bastions such as Utah, Georgia and Wyoming. The senators landed on the list because they’re retiring, representing agricultural states, anxious to get the issue behind the party, important to persuading skittish House Republicans or all of the above.

Senators and their immigration reform allies insist the goal of 70-plus votes laid out last month by   corrupt, immoral,  unconvincing,   dishonest  Gang of Eight leaders Sens. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and John McCain (R-Ariz.) is more than just attainable under the right circumstances — it’s imperative. The legislative strategy for passing a bill is based largely on the theory that an overwhelmingly bipartisan vote in the Senate is essential to getting it through the Republican-controlled House.

The majority of illegals are from Mexico. look at the numbers – they make an average of $22,000 (no tax’s) and have an average of 2-3 kids. Citizenship means an automatic eligibility for food stamps, WIC, free school lunches, subsidized housing, Medicaid, free cell phones, SSDI if their back hurts, TANF cash, SSI cash, etc….
*At tax time in April, when 53% of Americans are paying taxes, the new citizens would be getting huge bonus checks that include all the money that they paid in during the year plus EITC and Child Tax Credits. ($22,000 no federal income tax) The 53% cannot afford more burdens to pay for. We already have 40,000,000 home grown welfare cases that we have to support.
Lawmakers are about to give the OK to millions more.We see that the systems we allow to shape our lives are camouflaged as serving us when in fact, we the people are the servants. It seems even the institutions and activist groups with altruistic beginnings are infiltrated by instruments of chaos or control.

Do you find this hard to imagine? You should. In any civilized country, such things should not happen – ever. But President Obama’s health care proposals have the very real potential to turn this nightmare into a reality for many Americans, according to an in-depth investigation reported in the August edition of Whistleblower magazine, titled “MEDICAL MURDER: Why Obamacare could result in the early deaths of millions of baby boomers.”

Especially vulnerable are the 80 million baby boomers born between 1946 and 1964. “If you belong to that group, take note,” says Richard Poe, author of the August cover story. “Your generation has been targeted for a program of age-based medical rationing such as our country has never before experienced.”

Adds Whistleblower editor David Kupelian, “If this dire end-of-life scenario sounds too awful to be possible, that is only because the reality of Obamacare has not been sufficiently reported. For this is not a fantasy – it is what is already occurring in other ‘civilized’ nations, including Canada and Britain, that have adopted the same government-run system.”

For instance, the cover story, “Medical Murder,” documents how British seniors, under a government-run system, “are routinely denied treatment for cancer, heart disease and other deadly illnesses,” many dying “in filthy, overcrowded hospitals or nursing homes, rife with pestilence, including the deadly, antibiotic-resistant superbugs.” Numerous horror stories of needed medical care intentionally denied reveal the stark reality of government-run health care worldwide.

To a small degree, Obamacare’s ominous implications are starting to leak out. Here’s how columnist Charlotte Allen explained it recently in the Los Angeles Times:

In looking for a way to fund healthcare, Obama has set his eye on the oldest and sickest. You see, according to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, about 30 percent of Medicare spending – nearly $100 billion annually – goes to care for patients during their last year of life. What if there were no ‘last year of life,’ the president seems to be asking. … [W]hy not save billions of dollars by killing off our own unproductive oldsters and terminal patients, or – since we aren’t likely to do that outright in this, the 21st century – why not simply ensure that they die faster by denying them costly medical care? The savings could then subsidize care for the younger and healthier.

“Obamacare is arguably the single most important issue of our time,” said Kupelian. “It’s not about taxes, debt, wasteful spending or burdensome regulations – it’s about our very lives, and the lives of our loved ones. Americans seriously need to wake up and see the horror staring them in the face, and then they need to let their elected representatives know, in no uncertain terms, exactly what they think of Obamacare.”

And for those who have been paying close attention, Obama himself has ever-so-gently hinted at his true intentions. At a town hall event in June televised by ABC News, Obama cited the case of his grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, who died on the eve of his election, suggesting one way to cut medical costs would be to stop expensive procedures on people about to die.Families, Obama said, need better information so they don’t approve “additional tests or additional drugs that the evidence shows is not necessarily going to improve care.”"Maybe you’re better off not having the surgery, but taking the painkiller,” the president offered.

Obama was slightly more explicit in a May 3 interview with the New York Times, when he said there ought to be a national “conversation” over whether “sort of in the aggregate, society making those decisions to give my grandmother, or everybody else’s aging grandparents or parents, a hip replacement when they’re terminally ill is a sustainable model.” Such decisions, added Obama, shouldn’t be left to patients or their relatives, but to a “group” of “doctors, scientists, ethicists” who are not part of “normal political channels.”

One such elite medical decision-maker would be Obama’s special adviser for health policy, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, brother of Rahm Emanuel. He’s a longtime advocate of “age-weighted medical rationing” – meaning, the older you are, the less care you get, as in Britain. But what about the Hippocratic Oath, you might ask, the sacred vow doctors have always taken to do all they can to heal their patients? As Whistleblower documents, Emanuel advises doctors to stop taking that oath so literally, and instead to be “prudent” in assessing how much time, effort and money each patient is worth, for the greater good of society.

Moreover, as “MEDICAL MURDER” reports, a bill being pushed hard by Sen. Jay Rockefeller, chairman of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, will take from Congress all authority over federal health spending and decree that such decisions in the future would be made by a secretive committee of “experts” modeled after – are you ready? – the Federal Reserve Board.

This type of mortgage is called a “Ninja Loan,”… no credit, no money, no job. It’s a perfect example of government sponsored social engineering gone amok. It was based on the concept, “Everyone a Home of their own.” Beginning with Jimmy Carter’s Community Investment Act of1977 and expanded into the Clinton years, Banks and mortgage lenders were coerced under threat of prosecution, to approve dubious mortgages.

This was propagated to a feeding frenzy by government enabling greed in the private sector through Fannie
Mae and Freddie Mac… the big causes of the difficulties. Bill Clinton tried reigning Fannie and Freddie in, but it
had become the darling of Democrats in Congress. Without Fannie Mae buying or guaranteeing suspect
mortgages from lenders like the now defunct Country Wide, these lenders wouldn’t have made bad loans in the
first place. There would be no profit in it. That’s what capitalism is all about. But what happened really wasn’t
capitalism. It was government sponsored crookery.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were able to borrow huge sums of money at rates far lower than anyone
else because everyone knew that they would never default. How could they when they were being backed by
taxpayer’s pocketbooks.** Fannie Mae would use trillions in borrowed capital to purchase crap mortgages, certify them as quality and resell them to banks and investment houses worldwide. Politicians (mostly Democrats)would receive multi million dollar loans from mortgage lenders at low interest rates to keep their mouths shut.Bribes in the form of political “contributions” and low interest loans were spread around by Fannie Mae like butter on a bagel.

The directors of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac would then cook the books and give themselves tremendous
bonuses of up to one hundred million dollars. But nobody (except John McCain and a handful of other
Republicans) in government would say anything because they were getting big payoffs. Also, while the myth
was spread that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were private organizations because they issue stock, the people
who run it were appointed by public officials. They chose political hacks, primarily from the Clinton
Administration, who like most civil servants, didn’t know how to do anything but serve themselves. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were run like the incompetent Post Office with corruption added.

Barack Obama hit the Washington scene running and had his hand out immediately. Even though he was a
freshman Senator, **Obama received the second largest amount of money from Fannie Mae in kickbacks. The heads of Fannie May, Franklin D. Raines and Jim Johnson, are political supporters of Obama and have been economic advisors, no matter what he says now. Obama acted like a Chicago political machine hustler, which is what he is.

When the mortgages were deemed poor, they were downgraded, leaving financial institutions in a very
precarious financial situation and bringing on the possibility of very real and massive financial collapse.
It’s estimated that this necessary bailout will cost every person in America some $4,000.00, but that’s a gross
underestimate. 45% of adult Americans pay no taxes at all and millions more are non-working minors. When
you factor in only those who are on the tax rolls, we’re talking of at least $20,000 more in additional taxes, not
including the many thousands more that will be added over the years in interest on government borrowing to
pay the annual interest on a MINIMUM of TWO-AND-ONE-HALF TRILLION dollars.

Younger people voted heavily for an Obama. They haven’t yet accepted he,as a Senator got his payoffs to kill the 2005 McCain sponsored bill to stop Fannie Mae’s abuses. Over the long term, they suffer the most,

Afterall, it was Obama who insisted that the Muslim Brotherhood get front row seats to his first speech in Cairo. And, of course, it was Obama who threw Mubarak under the bus in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood. And it is Obama who continues to support the Jew-American-Christian hating Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian tyranny.

My friend Barry Rubin, one of the most astute observers and analysts of the Middle East, has written an important post about Obama’s secret support of Syrian rebels. Have no doubt, these rebels are just as bad, if not worse, than Assad, the human monster they are attempting to overthrow. This coalition of sharia-yearning rebels are fanatic Islamists whose ultimate goal is the genocide of the Jewish people, and the founding of a caliphate that is ethnically cleansed of all non-Muslims.

The United States is training and helping arm radical Islamist guerrillas who want a Sharia state in Syria, who believe Israel should be wiped off the map, and who may soon be murdering and oppressing Christians and other groups in Syria itself.

In a new development, as indicated by statements from Secretary of State John Kerry and other sources, the Obama Administration is not only arming but now training Syrian rebels. We know that the weapons are going to radical Islamists—both Muslim Brotherhood and smaller groups.

We don’t know from which groups these people now being trained militarily by the CIA in Jordan but the odds are that they are from radical Islamist groups including the Brotherhood. Finding out who is receiving this military training—which they are sure to use for other purposes in future—should be a priority in the national debate and in questions from Congress.

Since the U.S. criterion for weapons’ supply is only that the groups are not al-Qaida—the Muslim Brotherhood and other Salafists are acceptable—isn’t the training criterion the same?

In the 1980s the United States was convulsed by a scandal because the Reagan Administration was providing arms—through Saudi Arabia—and training to the pro-American Contra group in Nicaragua that were fighting against the Marxist regime there. It was alleged that the Contras participated in some torture and killing of civilians. Well, today the Obama Administration is doing the same strategy—with Saudi and Qatari help—in Syria, with much more likelihood of atrocities by those it is helping. On top of that, those being helped are largely anti-American and radical Islamist. Yet there is no serious concern being raised.

The 844-page bill filed by the Senate’s Gang of Eight is filled with so many waivers, exemptions, loopholes, and broken promises that it’s almost too much to keep up with. The most recent item that can be filed in the “broken promises” category has to do with back taxes.Some more digging through the bill has found that illegal aliens will not have to pay back taxes before applying for and receiving amnesty. Sec. 2101 of the bill describes the process by which most of the nation’s 11-18 million illegal aliens can apply for Registered Provisional Immigrant Status (including work permits).Under a subsection entitled “Payment of Taxes”, the bill states that illegal aliens will have to satisfy “any applicable Federal tax liability.” The next paragraph defines “applicable Federal tax liability” as any income taxes that have been assessed by the IRS. So, for those illegal aliens that haven’t filed a tax return, they won’t have to pay any taxes on any work they may have been paid for in the past.

Why is this important? For starters, when the Gang of Eight released their “framework” for immigration reform back in January, they said that illegal aliens would have to “pay back taxes” in order to receive an amnesty. The next day, Sen. Marco Rubio spoke on the Senate floor and said that illegal aliens would have to “pay back taxes.” Now that there’s a bill – there’s no requirement to pay back taxes unless the illegal alien has already been flagged by the IRS for owing back taxes.

We’re seeing this become a trend with the Gang of Eight. We were told there would be triggers. Now we know the triggers are meaningless. We were told there would be enforcement before legalization. Now we know it’s legalization before enforcement. We were told there would be an entry/exit system. Now we know the exit system excludes all land ports. What else will we learn in the upcoming weeks?

HOUSE TAKES DIFFERENT APPROACHHouse Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte indicated this week that he would take a much different approach on immigration than what’s going on in the Senate. He said there would be three pieces of legislation: 1) mandatory E-Verify, 2) a new guest worker program for agriculture, and 3) changes to the high-skilled visa program.The first bill was introduced today, and it’s a good one! Rep. Lamar Smith has reintroduced the Legal Workforce Act, H.R.1772, which would require all employers to use the E-Verify system. The bill is similar to the version introduced and passed by the Judiciary Committee during the last Congress but with a few modest changes.Rep. Smith’s bill would require most employers to use E-Verify within the first 6 months of enactment. It would phase it in for smaller employers over a two-year period. (The Gang of Eight’s bill takes 5 years to phase in E-Verify.) The bill also contains provisions that would close up a few of the known issues within the E-Verify system and allow employers to run current employees through the system.

While millions of Americans can’t find a job, Congress continues to add a million immigrants each year to compete with our own unemployed. Who should get any new jobs next year: Our own Unemployed Cuban and Hispanic Americans? Or another million legal immigrants.? And mexican Illegals.

When will Americans say stop No more. I hear only silence while executive orders, signed in seclusion, override our constitution. Our lawmakers provide more restrictions than FREEDOM, with little thought to our pursuit of happiness. We are ruled by BUREAUCRATS and threatened by AGENCIES. Citizens are encumbered by restrictions, codes, regulations, fees, taxes, penalties, and prison. The private Federal Reserve and the global bankster Billionaires are handed trillions of tax payer dollars while in collusion with factors on Wall Street to destroy the foundations of our economy, and they face no penalty.And Our media fails to inform us.

What none of these so called surveys ask is what people think of allowing another 40-60 million third world immigrants in, in the next 10-15 years, because under existing laws (for “family reunions”) that is exactly what will happen if you legalize the 15-20 million illigals currently residing in the country.

On Fox business today we hear Obama is going to tax our 401k’s” of course like everything else it starts with  “ I am only asking the rich” and then we find out its the middleclass as well.Last year we heard about this scheme and most said “that cant happen”  Well now it has.

When Do We Say “Uncle,” and Get A Life?
Are we hypnotized, or mesmerized? Can an entire civilization possess a death wish? Can Americans, by our own apathy, encourage their own destruction? Can American citizens be that stupid? Are our leaders that corrupt? Can Americans be that disinterested as the core of their values rots ?
Look around fellow Americans. You’ve got Muslims swearing-in on the Koran in the United States Congress. That book stands diametrically opposed to the U.S. Constitution. Those who follow the Koran expect to kill Jewish and Christian nations. The Koran states it emphatically.
Islamists expect to wipe Christians off the face of the earth! It’s the prime directive of those who follow the Koran to “convert or kill all non-believers.” And, yet the people of Minnesota elected a man who follows a religion bent on destroying Western humanity.
Are You Ready – Sharia Law Governing the U.S.A.?
If all 535 candidates for Congress were Muslims, and became U.S. senators and House members– they would dismantle our Constitution in a heartbeat and install Sharia Law. How stupid are we as a nation? How naïve? How bankrupt in our apathy toward Islam and its prime directive?

Forty years ago, a movie narrated by Rod Serling, “To Serve Man” starred Lloyd Bochner and Susan Cummings. It depicted an alien space craft landing on earth. The head alien gave the people of earth a book. With a special beam, all diseases vanished. Crops grew in abundance. Humans grew fat and happy. Soon, the aliens gave humans free trips back to their home planet. The aliens gave humans a choice to stay on the new planet. Flights left daily. Amazingly, no one returned to earth — except more space ships for transport.
Where did they go, and what did they do?
Near the end of the movie, Susan Cummings ran up to Bochner with a horrifying look on her face. “What’s the problem?” Bochner asked. “This book,” she said, “To Serve Man, well, our best experts have deciphered it.” “What did they learn?” Bochner asked. Susan Cummings burst into tears, “It’s a cookbook!”
There are other provocative movies. Have you seen the current movie, “Children of Men?” Brace yourself and do that – then sit somewhere in silence, and think about the consequences.
Believe It, or Not – We Are Responsible For the Nightmare!

We Can Choose To Stop It – If not now, When?How far do Americans want to continue into this horror movie with a cast of millions of consequences including illegal aliens, violent Muslims landing in our country daily and an annual $700 billion trade deficit?
