Obama and the Democrats Howling for War With Syria. The Obama Puppet Pretends to oppose arming the Muslim rebel terrorists.

By Robert J. AvrechI suppose we should not be surprised that Barack Hussein Obama is secretly running with the Syrian Islamists.

Afterall, it was Obama who insisted that the Muslim Brotherhood get front row seats to his first speech in Cairo. And, of course, it was Obama who threw Mubarak under the bus in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood. And it is Obama who continues to support the Jew-American-Christian hating Muslim Brotherhood Egyptian tyranny.

My friend Barry Rubin, one of the most astute observers and analysts of the Middle East, has written an important post about Obama’s secret support of Syrian rebels. Have no doubt, these rebels are just as bad, if not worse, than Assad, the human monster they are attempting to overthrow. This coalition of sharia-yearning rebels are fanatic Islamists whose ultimate goal is the genocide of the Jewish people, and the founding of a caliphate that is ethnically cleansed of all non-Muslims.

The United States is training and helping arm radical Islamist guerrillas who want a Sharia state in Syria, who believe Israel should be wiped off the map, and who may soon be murdering and oppressing Christians and other groups in Syria itself.

In a new development, as indicated by statements from Secretary of State John Kerry and other sources, the Obama Administration is not only arming but now training Syrian rebels. We know that the weapons are going to radical Islamists—both Muslim Brotherhood and smaller groups.

We don’t know from which groups these people now being trained militarily by the CIA in Jordan but the odds are that they are from radical Islamist groups including the Brotherhood. Finding out who is receiving this military training—which they are sure to use for other purposes in future—should be a priority in the national debate and in questions from Congress.

Since the U.S. criterion for weapons’ supply is only that the groups are not al-Qaida—the Muslim Brotherhood and other Salafists are acceptable—isn’t the training criterion the same?

In the 1980s the United States was convulsed by a scandal because the Reagan Administration was providing arms—through Saudi Arabia—and training to the pro-American Contra group in Nicaragua that were fighting against the Marxist regime there. It was alleged that the Contras participated in some torture and killing of civilians. Well, today the Obama Administration is doing the same strategy—with Saudi and Qatari help—in Syria, with much more likelihood of atrocities by those it is helping. On top of that, those being helped are largely anti-American and radical Islamist. Yet there is no serious concern being raised.

Immigration bill would grant 33 million new green cards in the first 10 years after enactment

BREAKING: Our Capitol Hill team has finished crunching the numbers of the new amnesty bill and found that the bill would grant 33 million new green cards in the first 10 years after enactment. Look for more details to come…

The 844-page bill filed by the Senate’s Gang of Eight is filled with so many waivers, exemptions, loopholes, and broken promises that it’s almost too much to keep up with. The most recent item that can be filed in the “broken promises” category has to do with back taxes.Some more digging through the bill has found that illegal aliens will not have to pay back taxes before applying for and receiving amnesty. Sec. 2101 of the bill describes the process by which most of the nation’s 11-18 million illegal aliens can apply for Registered Provisional Immigrant Status (including work permits).Under a subsection entitled “Payment of Taxes”, the bill states that illegal aliens will have to satisfy “any applicable Federal tax liability.” The next paragraph defines “applicable Federal tax liability” as any income taxes that have been assessed by the IRS. So, for those illegal aliens that haven’t filed a tax return, they won’t have to pay any taxes on any work they may have been paid for in the past.

Why is this important? For starters, when the Gang of Eight released their “framework” for immigration reform back in January, they said that illegal aliens would have to “pay back taxes” in order to receive an amnesty. The next day, Sen. Marco Rubio spoke on the Senate floor and said that illegal aliens would have to “pay back taxes.” Now that there’s a bill – there’s no requirement to pay back taxes unless the illegal alien has already been flagged by the IRS for owing back taxes.

We’re seeing this become a trend with the Gang of Eight. We were told there would be triggers. Now we know the triggers are meaningless. We were told there would be enforcement before legalization. Now we know it’s legalization before enforcement. We were told there would be an entry/exit system. Now we know the exit system excludes all land ports. What else will we learn in the upcoming weeks?

HOUSE TAKES DIFFERENT APPROACHHouse Judiciary Chairman Bob Goodlatte indicated this week that he would take a much different approach on immigration than what’s going on in the Senate. He said there would be three pieces of legislation: 1) mandatory E-Verify, 2) a new guest worker program for agriculture, and 3) changes to the high-skilled visa program.The first bill was introduced today, and it’s a good one! Rep. Lamar Smith has reintroduced the Legal Workforce Act, H.R.1772, which would require all employers to use the E-Verify system. The bill is similar to the version introduced and passed by the Judiciary Committee during the last Congress but with a few modest changes.Rep. Smith’s bill would require most employers to use E-Verify within the first 6 months of enactment. It would phase it in for smaller employers over a two-year period. (The Gang of Eight’s bill takes 5 years to phase in E-Verify.) The bill also contains provisions that would close up a few of the known issues within the E-Verify system and allow employers to run current employees through the system.

Funding Pakistan, but Military Suspends U.S. Tuition Assistance

The disconnect in Washington continues. While warning us of increased security lines at airports, the TSA pushed through a $50 million deal to buy new uniforms. The USDA warned they will not be able to monitor the food you eat, but will forge ahead with its partnership with the Mexican government on food stamps. There’s also the release of thousands of illegal immigrants from jail by the Homeland Security department, which has posted more than 100 job openings this month alone.There’s the closing the White House to public tours, but they’re giving 139 staffers six-figure salaries! The list of hypocrisy in this government goes on and on, but this latest example of sequester hype may take the cake.

The Pentagon is cutting assistance for American troops! According to members of Congress, the Marines spent $47 million to help graduate 50,000 military members last year.That money represents just a tenth of a percent of the Pentagon’s budget.The Army offered similar assistance by giving $4,500 annually for courses and more than 200,000 soldiers participated in the program.

Here’s the hypocrisy of it all

We’re cutting these programs, but are still spending nearly $13 million on education aid in Pakistan! Where hatred against the U.S. is at record levels! That $13 million is just a fraction of the $370 million we’ve spent on all forms of nondefense aid to Pakistan in 2012, and another $1.5 Billion to Egypt. This administration is really missing a golden opportunity here with this sequester. Instead of acting like a two-year old and throwing a temper tantrum, laying people off, closing the White House, and making other big spectacle cuts, why not really look at where the money is going.Look at smart ways to meet the new budget requirements.

No one’s telling you to never spend another dime. We just ask that for once you spend that money wisely!

Obama has left us with an awesome feeling of depression when we look at the national debt and realize that he’s planning on “solving” that problem by taking whatever else he let us keep during his first four years

The blue-haired seniors in Florida and Arizona may find that their next flare-up of irritable bowel syndrome, or their next broken hip, might land them in a terminal care unit of their local hospital where those who linger while dying go to die, instead of sitting around bragging about their latest hospital adventure at the assisted living center.

If Britain’s socialist healthcare system is a benchmark for what we can expect from Obamacare, hundreds of thousands of elderly patients face being euthanized through “assisted death” techniques designed to cut costs.
The idea that “death panels” would be introduced through Obamacare as a means of rationing healthcare was discussed during an Aspen Institute conference in 2010 when Bill Gates argued that money should not be spent on treating the elderly.
During a question and answer session, Gates implied that elderly patients undergoing expensive health care treatments should be killed and the money spent elsewhere.

Gates said there was a “lack of willingness” to consider the question of choosing between “spending a million dollars on that last three months of life for that patient” or laying off ten teachers.
“But that’s called the death panel and you’re not supposed to have that discussion,” added Gates.

However, Britain’s socialist healthcare system under the NHS has gone light years beyond death panels and actually introduced a method of “care” that actually has the intended effect of euthanizing patients.

In a recent exposé, Patrick Pullicino, a consultant neurologist for East Kent Hospitals and professor of clinical neurosciences at the University of Kent, revealed that of the 450,000 patients who die annually under the care of the NHS, 130,000 of them were on the Liverpool Care Pathway.
Liverpool Care Pathway (LCP) is a process whereby a doctor identifies a patient who is likely to die and that patient is then heavily sedated while treatment is withdrawn, “including the provision of water and nourishment by tube.”
“If we accept the Liverpool Care Pathway we accept that euthanasia is part of the standard way of dying as it is now associated with 29 per cent of NHS deaths,” Pullicino

Obamacare, which will supersede all current health options (including those offered by private carriers) is enacted into law, your signing a living will that requires all extraneous means be used to prolong your life will not save, or prolong, your life for one minute if the Health Board rules that you have exhausted your “healthcare options.

” The Health Board will hold the power of life and death over healthcare recipients who are construed to have either terminal or catastrophic illnesses, or, if they are victims of expensive chronic illnesses that historically drain financial resources without healing the patient, the Board will have the right to deny procedures or surgery even though they may enhance the quality of life of the patient.

Agendized bureaucrats and their minions in the medical community do not possess an inherent right to hasten that journey because they view us as a drain on the financial coffers of the State, or because stupid men believe the populations of the nations are responsible for cyclic weather change and floods and droughts. And, by reducing the population of the United States we will somehow make the world a better place.
The sole purpose for euthanizing the elderly is to reduce the drain on a bankrupt Social Security and Medicare system. The government of the United States not only stole the Social Security Trust Fund to finance the Welfare State, now they want to kill the elderly when they come to collect the money due them in their old age.

Obama’s 15-member Health Board, officially branded as the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Research,  ???? The verbiage in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. makes it appear that the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Research was legislated as an advisory panel to do cost analysis on all facets of the stimulus package.

Make no mistake about it. The Obama Health Board, or as it is legislatively known, the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Research, headed by death merchants the likes of Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel based on the vision of Dr. Robert Pearlman, the Chief of Ethics Evaluation for the Veteran’s Administration National Center for Ethics in Health Care, who was the visionary behind the notion that disabled veterans who do not want to be a burden to their families or to society, have the right to death with dignity through assisted suicide.

Pearlman authored his death protocol in 1997. For the remaining three years of the Clinton Administration, Pearlman’s 52-page end-of-life planning document, “Your Life, Your Choices,” not only became the basis for the living wills used by disabled military people but, it also became the framework for the federal regulation that now requires hospitals and other medical care facilities to pressure patients—particularly elderly patients—to sign Living Wills (i.e., euthanasia provisions   (This happened to me just a few months ago I was pressured to sighn and refused.)

 Today, in violation of the Hippocratic Oath, doctors regularly euthannize patients deemed to be terminally-ill. Among the list of terminal illnesses that can trigger the Living Will death-with-dignity provision is old-age.!!!

No right-minded person should ever sign a living will unless they have a penchant to prematurely expedite their exodus from this world. When you sign a living will, you are actually signing your own death warrant—and you are giving someone you don’t know the right to end your life when they see fit to do so. The argument of the pro-euthanasia crowd (whose primary goal is population reduction at both ends of the age corridor) is that people have a right to death with dignity.

There is no such thing. There is no dignity in death. Even in a roomful of people, death is a journey we travel alone. God, not a bureaucrat, appointed when that journey will begin for each of us.

President, Barack Obama has promised a massive change to “modernize health care by making all health records standardized and electronic.” Part of his ambitious health care program will be the computerizing of medical records of all Americans in order to make the health care process more cost-effective.

But even proponents of Obama’s plan have mentioned that ensuring the privacy of patients’ records in a nationalized computer network will be tricky. There are obvious concerns about hackers and system failures. And new online health record systems, such as Google Health are not currently subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, the national health privacy law.

This is especially true when you consider the advocates of implementing a program using so-called ‘v-chips containing all a person’s medical information. No one has said how much information will be contained in those implants. DNA? AIDS information?
With so much information already being compromised within government security systems, how can Obama possibly promise confidentiality of such records?

Although in five years the VeriChip Corp., the US company creating microchip implants, has yet to turn a profit, it has been investing heavily – up to $8 million a year – to create new markets.
The company’s executives have said their present push is the tagging of “high-risk” patients — diabetics and people with heart conditions or Alzheimer’s disease.
In a medical emergency, hospital staff could wave a reader over a patient’s arm, get an ID number, and then, via the Internet, enter a company database and pull up the person’s identity and medical history.
To doctors, a “starter kit” – complete with 10 hypodermic syringes, 10 VeriChips and a reader – costs $1,400, according to information on the Verichip web site. To patients, a microchip implant means a $200, out-of-pocket expense to their physician. Presently, chip implants aren’t covered by private healthcare insurance companies, or by Medicare and Medicaid.

For almost two years, the company has been offering hospitals free scanners, but acceptance has been limited. According to the company’s most recent SEC quarterly filing, 515 hospitals have pledged to take part in the VeriMed network, yet only 100 have actually been equipped and trained to use the system.
Some patients and their families are wondering why they should abandon noninvasive tags such as MedicAlert, a low-tech bracelet, that warns paramedics if patients have serious allergies or a chronic medical condition, for the microchip implants.

In early September, up to 200 Alzheimer’s patients living in the Palm Beach, Florida area were implanted with the microchip by the company VeriChip absolutely free.
The chip, which is about the size of a grain of rice, contains a 16-digit identification number which is scanned at a hospital. Once the number is placed in a database, it can provide crucial medical information. People are already lining up for the VeriChip, but it’s already stirred up controversy.
The story, carried by ABC TV News, caused one reporter to ask, “Is Big Brother watching?”

The relative permanence is a big reason why Marc Rotenberg, of the Electronic Privacy Information Center, is suspicious about the motives of the company, which charges an annual fee to keep clients’ records.
The company charges $20 a year for customers to keep a “one-pager” on its database — a record of blood type, allergies, medications, driver’s license data and living-will directives. For $80 a year, it will keep an individual’s full medical history. In recent days, there have been rumors on Wall Street, and elsewhere, of the potential uses for RFID in humans: the chipping of U.S. soldiers, of inmates, or of migrant workers, to name a few.

In May 2008, a protest outside the Alzheimer’s Community Care Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, drew attention to a two-year study in which 200 Alzheimer’s patients, along with their caregivers, were to receive chip implants. Parents, children and elderly people decried the plan, with signs and placards.
“Chipping People Is Wrong” and “People Are Not Pets,” the signs read. And: “Stop VeriChip.”

Dr. Katherine Albrecht, the RFID critic who organized the demonstration, raises similar concerns on her http://www.AntiChips.com web site.
“Is it appropriate to use the most vulnerable members of society for invasive medical research? Should the company be allowed to implant microchips into people whose mental impairments means they cannot give fully informed consent?” she wrote.

CityWatcher.com, a provider of surveillance equipment, attracted little notice itself — until a year ago, when two of its employees had glass-encapsulated microchips with miniature antennas embedded in their forearms.
The “chipping” of two workers with RFIDs — radio frequency identification tags as long asgrains of rice, as thick as a toothpick — was merely a way of restricting access to vaults that held sensitive data and images for police departments, a layer of security beyond key cards and clearance codes, the company said. He compared chip implants to retina scans or fingerprinting. “There’s a reader outside the door; you walk up to the reader, put your arm under it, and it opens the door.”Innocuous? Maybe.

But the news that Americans had, for the first time, been injected with electronic identifiers to perform their jobs fired up a debate.“It was scary that a government contractor that specialized in putting surveillance cameras on city streets was the first to incorporate this technology in the workplace,” says Liz McIntyre, co-author of “Spychips: How Major Corporations and Government Plan to Track Your Every Move with RFID.”As the polemic heats up, legislators are increasingly being drawn into the fray. Two states, Wisconsin and North Dakota, recently passed laws prohibiting the forced implantation of microchips in humans. Other states, such as Ohio, Oklahoma, Colorado and Florida, are studying similar legislation.
Meanwhile, Oklahoma legislators are debating a bill that would authorize microchip implants in people imprisoned for violent crimes. Many felt it would be a good way to monitor felons once released from prison.

But other lawmakers raised concerns. Rep. John Wright worried, “Apparently, we’re going to permanently put the ‘mark’ on these people.”
Rep. Ed Cannaday found the forced microchipping of inmates “invasive…. We are going down that slippery slope.”

Another drawback to microchip implants is the suspicion that they are linked to cancer in test animals. Opponents of human microchipping are concerned with the speed with which these chips received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration. Opponents such as Dr. Albrecht believe the FDA approval has more to do with politics than medicine.

Opponents believe the government is choosing the most vulnerable citizens for the initial implants — Alzheimer’s patients, the handicapped, retarded, the elderly — but eventually every human being in the US, Mexico and Canada will be required to have the microchip implants if only to keep track of them and their activities.
“Under the federally supported National Animal Identification System (NAIS), digital tags are expected to be affixed to the U.S.’s 40 million farm animals to enable regulators to track and respond quickly to disease, bioterrorism, and other calamities,” according to a Business Week article.

“Opponents have many fears about this plan, among them that it could be the forerunner of a similar system for humans.”To others, the notion of tagging people was Orwellian, a departure from centuries of history and tradition in which people had the right to go and do as they pleased without being tracked, unless they were harming someone else.Chipping, these critics said, might start with Alzheimer’s patients or Army Rangers, but would eventually be suggested for convicts, then parolees, then sex offenders, then illegal aliens — until one day, a majority of Americans, falling into one category or another, would find themselves electronically tagged.

China has awakened. And now, it’s about to shake the world to its foundations — starting with the United States.
The Shanghai World Financial Center. Is the tallest skyscraper in China — 101 floors. It took 11 years to complete.It houses the Shanghai Futures Exchange and Stock Exchange. It is also home to China’s largest banks, insurance companies and its financial ratings agencies. It is much more than just an office building.
It is also ground zero for the single greatest economic triumph in China’s history.

But for Americans, it’s about to become an icon; the symbol of the most catastrophic event in our nation’s financial history …
An event that will render everything you think you know about our governmentit is by far, the most alarming warning.It is so disturbing, in fact, that most people who read this report will simply refuse to believe it. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), by 2016, the United States will no longer be the world’s number one economic power.
According to the IMF, China will be richer than America in less than five years.
But according to the prestigious Peterson Institute — and based on data just published by the University of Pennsylvania — the IMF is wrong: The Chinese economy will NOT surpass America’s by 2016. Nor will it happen in 2017 or even in 2020, for that matter.

Peterson and the University of Pennsylvania say China is ALREADY the world’s #1 economicpower.
And the thing is, they proved it.
These two highly respected institutions just presented irrefutable proof that in real terms — when you adjust for the domestic purchasing power of respective currencies …
The U.S. economy produced goods and services valued at $14.6 trillion in 2010 …
But China’s Gross Domestic Product soared to $14.8 trillion.
China’s economy is already larger than America’s.
And what’s worse, the United States is falling farther behind every day:
According to the official figures from both Washington and Beijing, the U.S. economy grew about 1.7% in 2011.
China’s economy grew 9.2%.
That’s more than SEVEN AND ONE-HALF TIMES FASTER; fast enough to nearly DOUBLE the size of China’s already-massive economy once each decade.
Beijing has become so powerful, it can now dictate economic policy to the U.S.

The Beijing government has almost no debt …
But Washington has nearly $145 trillion in debt and obligations.
** China has $3.2 trillion in cash — and its cash reserves are growing ever larger, month after month …
** But Washington has almost no cash on hand and has to borrow nearly half of every dollar it spends — much of it is borrowed from China.
China’s total tax revenues are up nearly 30% from a year ago …
But Washington’s tax revenues are dramatically down due to the sluggish U.S. economy.
** The U.S. has about 160 million workers …
** China has 810 million workers — more than 5 times more than the United States.
97% of all Chinese workers are employed …
But 14 million U.S. workers are either unemployed or underemployed.
** In China’s urban areas, wages ROSE 7.6% in 2011 — and the increase was about double that in rural areas.
The investment facts are even more startling:
Securities valued at more than $6 trillion trade on Chinese exchanges every day and that number is growing by leaps and bounds.
China enjoys the largest foreign capital inflows of any nation on Earth, surpassing the United States as the world’s favorite place to invest.
China is now the world’s #1 mine operator … its #1 car maker … its #1 manufacturer … its #1 exporter.

You really have to see China to believe what’s happening.
Think New York and Beverly Hills were the world’s pinnacle for high-end shopping …
But here in Shanghai, the Nanjing Road shopping district puts them to shame. So does the New Shanghai Shopping City here in the Pudong financial district …
And these are only two of EIGHT massive, world-class, state-of-the-art shopping districts in this one city alone!
I once believed that Las Vegas topped the world when it came to luxury hotels and entertainment …But even Vegas’ biggest and best can’t hold a candle to the world’s largest hotels and casinos in Macau.
I thought that Palm Beach’s mansions and posh housing communities were the ultimate …
But they pale in comparison to the massive luxury housing developments and neighborhoods filled with extravagant Western-style mansions here.
Any way you look at it, China is already the nation on the way UP. While sadly, the U.S. is the nation on the way OUT.
The Program for International Student Assessment that ranked Chinese students #1 in the world. American students were ranked fourteenth.
China’s Tianhe-1A super computer is the fastest in the world, capable of processing more than 2.5 thousand trillion calculations per second.
***American technicians don’t even know how that kind of speed could be possible.

***And while the U.S. is winding down its space program, China is preparing to put a man on the moon!
And when you look at China’s military, the contrast between the two nations gets downright scary:
China has THE LARGEST ARMY IN THE WORLD — 2.2 million active-duty military personnel — 600,000 more than America has.
And while the U.S. is cutting its military expenditures, China has increased military spending every year for more than 20 years … and is still boosting it by an average of 11.8% per year.
China’s military is state-of-the-art: It just unveiled the J-20 — its first stealth fighter.
It also has spy satellites, modern battle tanks, aircraft carriers, nuclear attack submarines, cruise missiles, and more.
China’s nuclear arsenal is especially worrying: While the U.S. has been steadily reducing its stockpiles for nearly 30 years, China continues to build up its forces and is refusing to even begin talks on nuclear arms reduction.
In the size of its economy and economic growth … in science … in technology … in the scholarship of its students … in the growth of its military … in every conceivable area, China is ALREADY the world’s most dominant nation.
More importantly: Because of China’s newfound status as the world’s #1 super power, it is now ready, willing and able to DICTATE economic policy to the rest of the world … and that includes America.
And of course, there’s another reason why China is now in a position to dictate economic policy to the United States of America:

***Nearly 50% of every dollar Washington spends today is borrowed money — much of it borrowed from China.
Without the billions Beijing loans Washington, the entire U.S. government would go bust. Washington would become a virtual ghost town. Millions of Americans who count on government checks would be financially destroyed.
So you see, the entire world — including the United States — must bow to China’s superior economic power — the greatest the world has ever seen.
And at a recent economic conference, we were treated to images of our own president doing just that.
Nobody who watched that humiliating display on television had any doubt which man has the greater power; which man is in control.
And make no mistake: the Chinese know they’re in the driver’s seat. People’s Liberation Army Senior Colonel Liu Mingfu recently said, “To save itself, to save the world, China must prepare to become the world’s helmsman.”

Even though I live and work in Asia, I will remain an American citizen to my final breath. My mom, my sister, my brother and my three grown kids all live in the States. I want nothing but the best of everything for them and for my country.
Terrible things happen when we ignore reality.
The shocking part is that our own leaders in Washington, D.C. have become Beijing’s willing accomplices.
China has already begun to wage war against the dominance and value of the U.S. dollar … With the help of our leaders in Washington, D.C.!
For decades now, the U.S. dollar has been the world’s currency of choice. Most of the world’s central banks hold their reserves in U.S. dollars. Most international transactions have been settled in U.S. dollars.
That means there is always a high demand for dollars around the world — and as a result of that demand, the greenback has held its value more effectively than many other currencies have.
But since 2009, President Obama has spent more than $10.6 trillion, and run up trillion-dollar deficits year after year.
To fund Washington’s spending addiction, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner has borrowed an estimated $4 trillion since 2009. And, Ben Bernanke — the Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve — has created nearly $8 trillion out of thin air since 2009.
As a result, the value and the buying power of the dollar have already begun to plunge:
*Gasoline prices have shot the moon — you’re paying over 25% more than you paid just 24 months ago!
*The price for heating oil rocketed 29% in a recent 12-month period, sending home heating bills up more than 50% per month!
*Milk and cheese prices are up 18% and 15% respectively … the price of beef and veal used in restaurants is up 17% … coffee prices are up more than 20% … and egg prices have soared nearly 30%!
* And everywhere you look, you see “sticker shock” on health insurance … medicine and medical care … college tuition … airline tickets … and more.
As a result of this precipitous decline in the dollar’s buying power …France, India and many other countries …The U.N., the IMF and other international organizations …
Are ALL calling for the end of the dollar’s reign as the world’s reserve currency.
And even the official newspaper of the Chinese Communist Party says —“The world urgently needs to create a diversified currency and financial system and fair and just financial order that is not dependent on the United States.”

In fact, the U.S. dollar is already being abandoned by many countries and companies in favor of the Chinese currency — the yuan:
Investors can now buy yuan-denominated bonds in Hong Kong.
Caterpillar and McDonald’s recently financed their mainland China projects directly via yuan bond offerings instead of U.S. dollars.
And China’s trade with Russia, Vietnam and Thailand is now being settled in yuan instead of U.S. dollars.
Apple Computer is even accepting iTunes payments in yuan!
Now, China believes it’s time to make the supremacy of its currency — the yuan — OFFICIAL — by gutting the U.S. dollar. And our own leaders — President Obama, Treasury Secretary Geithner and Fed chief Bernanke — are obediently helping Beijing do just that!
The administration claims the “weak yuan” gives China an unfair trading advantage. It makes China’s products cheaper than ours on world markets.
So they’re demanding that China increase the yuan’s value in order to level the playing field for American exporters.
But anybody with even shred of common sense can instantly see the Obama administration’s claims are pure baloney.
Look: The average U.S. worker earns nearly 6.5 TIMES MORE than his or her Chinese counterpart.
Those sky-high labor costs are cooked into every product produced in America — and that’s what makes American products far more expensive than similar Chinese-made products. So even if Beijing DOUBLED or TRIPLED the value of the yuan, Chinese products would still sell for far less than U.S.-made products do: Boosting the yuan’s value would do little if anything to help U.S. exporters!
So why does Washington really want to jack up the value of the Chinese yuan? What’s the truth that Washington won’t tell you?
By RAISING the value of the Chinese yuan, Washington and China will automatically CRUSH the value of the U.S. dollar …
So Washington can repay its otherwise unpayable debts with cheaper dollars!
Look: The “official” U.S. national debt is now over $15 trillion — nearly three times more than the most indebted nations in Europe … COMBINED!
But when you add in the debts Washington owes to veterans, seniors and government pensioners, the total amount is nearly ten times more: A staggering $145 trillion.
That’s nearly TEN TIMES the total value of the goods and services the U.S. economy produces …
That’s far more debt than Washington can ever hope to pay.
In fact, Washington’s only hope of avoiding default is to destroy the value of its own currency, then pay its debts back with dollars that are only a shadow of their former selves.
Plus, with a weak dollar and strong Chinese yuan, China can buy up even more of our debt and protect the massive investment it has already made in America by helping Washington avoid default.
That’s a massive “win-win” for both Washington and Beijing:
Plus, a rising yuan will once and for all solve Beijing’s #1 economic problem: Rising domestic inflation. As the yuan’s buying power rises, price inflation in China will decline dramatically.

More importantly, as the yuan’s purchasing power explodes, China will also be able to lock up even more of the world’s supply of oil, coal, steel, copper, lumber and other natural resources … to take control of thousands more companies … and to extend its economic control throughout the world.

***But why lie about their intentions?
Because if they told the truth, there would be hell to pay.
Just imagine how voters would react if the president stepped before the microphones and said …
“My fellow Americans, we politicians have spent too much money and now, we can’t pay our debts.
“The only way to avoid default is to destroy the value of your money and then repay our debt with cheaper dollars.
“Of course, that means your cost of living will double and double again and most of you will be reduced to poverty …”
Telling the truth would be tantamount to political suicide.
Any way you look at it, this is treachery of the highest order: The U.S. dollar — and YOUR income, savings, investments and retirement — is being sacrificed on the altar of political expediency.
And while the insult to our national pride and patriotism will be painful, the personal toll will be excruciating.
The dollar’s demise will be catastrophic for everyone who earns, saves or invests dollars. The price you pay for food, electricity, gasoline and just about everything else will skyrocket.
Many Americans — particularly those on fixed incomes — will have to choose between buying medicine, paying the rent, or buying food.
Homelessness, hunger and hopelessness will be the everyday reality for millions of Americans.
Some will rightfully blame Washington for their misery. Others will blame Wall Street. Mass demonstrations and hunger marches will dominate the headlines.
Cities will burn.
When the dust settles, the United States will be little more than just another name on the long list of once-proud countries that squandered their wealth … that were ultimately driven to their knees and forced to submit to the nations that took their places.

***The vast majority of everyday Americans who read this will simply ignore these facts.Most people are in denial. The U.S. has been number one their entire lives. They’ve always assumed that would never change. They can’t accept the fact that we are no longer king of the hill. They simply change channels when CNN features former British Prime Minister Brown touting “a new global financial order,” describing this as a “decisive moment” for the world.And they choose not to even listen to Henry Kissinger — the man whose historic visits opened U.S. relations with China 41 years ago in 1971 — when he says we must accept a new global hierarchy with China in a dominant role.
China now controls vast mineral and food resources all around you: In Europe … Africa … the Middle East … South America … Canada … even Australia!
Already, China consumes 41% of the world’s copper … 41% of its nickel … 43% of its steel … 45% of its tin … 46% of its lead … nearly 47% of its zinc … and huge amounts of most other natural resources.

Obama Seeks to Knock US Down a Peg

Much puzzling behavior by Barack Obama falls into place when we go behind the image that he projects (“Obama 1″) to the factual reality of the man’s whole life and thrust (“Obama 2″).
Many of Barack Obama’s actions as president of the United States reflect neither political expediency nor an attempt to promote the best interests of the American people. Take, for example, his bowing low from the waist to foreign leaders.

No president of the United States had ever done that before. It gained Obama nothing with the voters, nor was there any reason to think that he expected it to. Why then did he do it?
What did it accomplish? It brought the United States down a peg, in the eyes of the world, something that he has sought to do in many other ways.

These bows were perfectly consistent with his view of a maldistribution of power and prestige internationally, just as his domestic agenda reflects a felt need for a redistribution of wealth and power within American society.

It is not just the United States, but the Western world in general, including Israel, that needs to be brought down a peg, from the standpoint of the ideology prevalent among the people with whom Barack Obama has allied himself consistently for decades.

Against that background, it is not at all puzzling that President Obama has clamped down on offshore oil drilling by Americans in the Gulf of Mexico, but has actually encouraged and subsidized offshore oil drilling by Brazil with our tax dollars.

Nor is it surprising that he imposes draconian restrictions on industrial activities in the United States, in the name of fighting “global warming,” while accepting the fact that Third World nations that are beginning to industrialize will generate far more pollution than any restrictions in America can possibly offset.

That is another example of international redistribution — and payback for perceived past oppressions or exploitation of the West against the non-West. So is replacing pro-Western governments in the Middle East with Islamic extremist governments.

Some people may have gotten focused on the issue of Barack Obama’s birth certificate because so much of what he has done seems foreign to American ideals, traditions, and interests. But birth tells us nothing about loyalty. One-time American Communist leader Earl Browder was descended from the Pilgrims.

Those who have questioned whether Barack Obama is really a citizen of the United States have missed the larger question: Whether he considers himself a citizen of the world. Think about this remarkable statement by Obama during the 2008 campaign: “We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times . . . and then just expect that every other country is going to say, ‘OK.’”

**Are Americans supposed to let foreigners tell them how to live their lives? The implied answer is clearly “Yes!” When President Obama went to the United Nations for authority to take military action and ignored the Congress of the United States, that was all consistent with his vision of the way the world should be.

How has Obama gotten away with so many things that are foreign to American beliefs and traditions? Partly it is because of a quiescent media, sharing many of his ideological views and/or focused on the symbolism of his being “the first black president.” But part of his success must be credited — if that is the word — to his own rhetorical talents and his ability to project an image that many people accept and welcome.

The role of a confidence man is not to convince skeptics, but to help the gullible believe what they want to believe. Most of what Barack Obama says sounds very persuasive if you don’t know the facts — and often sounds like sheer nonsense if you do. But he is not trying to convince skeptics, nor worried about looking ridiculous to informed people who won’t vote for him anyway.

This is a source of much polarization between those who see and accept Obama 1 and those who see through that facade to Obama 2.

But part of his success must be credited — if that is the word — to his own rhetorical talents and his ability to project an image that many people accept and welcome.
An 18th century philosopher put the matter bluntly: “When I speak, I put on a mask. When I act, I am forced to take it off.”

How does it feel to “pay just a little more,” middle class?

The first paychecks of 2013 are going out this week.  Many more will be issued next week.  Low-information voters who think the big news from New Years’ Day consisted of President Obama saving them from tax increases are gaping at their diminished paychecks in stunned disbelief.

They’re not as stunned as they should be – Obama has a lot more direct and indirect taxation aimed at them – but the immediate loss of money from their paychecks is a slap of cold water into their data-drained faces.  “My paycheck just went down by an amount that I don’t feel comfortable with,” moaned a poster at Democratic Underground.  That’s the weak-willed serf’s melancholy rendition of “Give me liberty, or give me death!”

It’s sad to think that for a large group of Americans – enough to form a winning political coalition, as we just saw last November – absolutely nothing matters except the number printed under “net pay” on their weekly checks.  All this talk of government dependency, unsustainable debt, and even the comical level of corruption in Obama’s “crony capitalism” is abstract to them, a political football game they occasionally watch on TV.  They think declaring “all politicians are crooks!” is the height of world-weary sophistication… but the attitude leads them to the decidedly unsophisticated view of major elections as popularity contests.  The incomprehensible size, complexity, and fraudulence of Big Government thus becomes a nutrient for its continued growth, as the public essentially gives up all hope of understanding it, much less controlling it.

What are all you folks with smaller paychecks complaining about, anyway?  You’ve just re-elected a President who insisted that some Americans needed to “pay just a little bit more.”  You didn’t care that his numbers didn’t add up.  You didn’t laugh him off the stage when he told you that a trillion dollars of tax increases over ten years would make a real difference to a government that spends a trillion more than it has, every single year.  Well, it turns out that you are among the people who get to “pay just a little bit more.”  Something like 80 percent of American households will lose more of their income to the government because of the fiscal cliff bill.  Why was that confiscation of wealth only acceptable when you thought Obama was talking about other people?

“But I need the money more than those rich guys do!” you wail.  “2 percent of my income means more to me than it does to them!”  Says who?  The increase of 3.6 percent in the top marginal rate for people earning over $450,000 works out to a lot more money than the $1000 or $15000 that middle class workers are giving up, following the conclusion of a temporary 2 percent Social Security tax cut.  The sizable cohort of Americans who don’t pay taxes at all could not care less, because they’re not losing anything… but touch their Food Stamp Nation benefits, and you’ll have a war on your hands.  The political class has claimed the power to decide how much of its property each group of Americans “deserves.”  It’s all fun and games until they decide someone else “deserves” your property more than you do, isn’t it?

And this will never cease to be a source of political control over the electorate, because there’s no precise mathematical formula for “fairness.”  One percent of the population pays nearly 40 percent of income taxes, while earning only 17 percent of the nation’s income – but that still isn’t “fair.”  In fact, you middle-class voters have allowed the ruling political party to portray those people as thieves.  That process will never end, no matter how far it pushes America into confiscation and ruin.  And by focusing upon what it gives and takes, we allow ourselves to be distracted from a proper focus upon what government controls.  That’s what really needs to be reduced.  Unsustainable budget deficits are a symptom of that problem.

Are you starting to appreciate how envy-based, welfare-dependent, “progressive” class warrior nations really work… especially when they approach the point where they stop working?  The signature features of this system are short-sightedness, gullibility, and greed.  You indulged the boundless hunger for power by politicians, which none dare call by its proper name of “greed.”  They are very happy for you to believe that no dollar matters until it comes out of your pocket.  They love it when their subjects feel that way.  The blind are much easier to herd.

It is natural for everyone to want the best for themselves and their families.  It’s natural for people to feel entitled to their own income and property.  But when you assert those ambitions for yourself while denying them to others, you follow the path of greed and envy, rather than the pursuit of liberty.  That’s what it means when you spend December shouting that other people should pay more, then burst into tears when your own paycheck gets a bit smaller in January.  You shouldn’t be surprised to find yourself serving the interests of those who have mastered the forces of greed and envy for their own profit.  It’s their full-time job, and they make a great living at it.  You will never be more than an amateur, dabbling in arts they have perfected.

You’re losing that money from your paychecks now because you allowed Washington to control you with two “temporary tax cuts.”  One of them originated in the Bush presidency; the other was Obama’s “stimulus” cut to Social Security taxes.  The latter is the one that just died in miserable silence, even though at the beginning of the presidential election, Obama portrayed it as the most important thing in the world, saying only people who refused to put “country before party” would fail to extend it.  He even encouraged people to bombard Washington with complaints about what losing $40 per paycheck would mean to them.  Funny how he doesn’t want to hear about your forty dollars any more, isn’t it?  He just blew north of $10 million in taxpayer money on his luxury Hawaiian vacation, counting the extra travel required for his participation in the fiscal cliff drama… which he very much knew was coming when he decided to schedule a vacation in Hawaii.  That’s equal to the extra money coming out of about 7,000 middle-class paychecks this year.

You only got to keep your “temporary tax cut” as long as you fell into line behind political masters who whipped you into a frenzy.  A “temporary tax cut” is something you must perpetually exhaust yourself fighting to keep, forgetting all other considerations while you struggle.  In the end, you lost one of your temporary tax cuts, while barely managing to hang on to the other.  The “victorious”

Barack Obama immediately vowed to seize even more power: more spending, more taxes, more debt.  He didn’t “defeat” the Republicans, my unhappy middle-class reader.  He defeated you.

Obama may try abusing the 14th amendment to raise the debt ceiling

The 14th amendment option is gaining popularity among Democrats on the Hill. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) urged the president to deploy it when the two were contemplating the contours of the just-completed fiscal cliff debate.The White House, however, has resisted the option, arguing that they don’t have the legal power to do so (Raise the debt ceiling by executive order, bypassing Congress)and that, even if they did, the fact that they had to resort to it would still send terrible economic signals.

“This administration does not believe that the 14th Amendment gives the president the power to ignore the debt ceiling — period,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said early in December.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) urged the president on Sunday to drop his resistance to the idea and simply bypass the upcoming debate over raising the debt ceiling by deeming the entire cap unconstitutional.

Appearing on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Pelosi offered her strongest endorsement to-date of the 14th Amendment option, holds that Congress doesn’t have the power to use the debt ceiling as a hostage-taking device because the validity of the debt “shall not be questioned.”Bob Schieffer: You would just go ahead and do it, you wouldn’t wait for the Congress?Nancy Pelosi: I would just go do it.

Obama got the taxes he wanted and is now going for more.
